Another day, another late edition of The Crown Informer! But don’t worry, it’ll make sense as to why so much time has passed since the previous one once I’ve gone over everything. Luckily, it seems I’ll be able to juggle everything moving forward in a manner that benefits both you and I in terms of my writing. I won’t bore you with the details, but the gist of it is: Get ready for even more updates to ongoing projects in the future!
So, without further procrastination, let’s get into the Roundup of everything I’ve created this month, as well as a few announcements for the future!
WEEKLY WORDS
Mechanomica
I’m hoping it was a pleasant surprise for everyone that my secret project, Mechanomica, turned out to be my Warrior Nun fanfiction! In early June, I spoke as a guest at the OCS Conclave, Warrior Nun’s first online fan convention. While talking about the many essays and Screen Rant articles I’ve been writing in solidarity with saving the series, I was asked by rollie_rollin and RightStumble about the possibility of me writing a fanfiction. At the time I’d thought about it, but I never had a story idea. However, about a week later, one came to me in a snap. I saw the whole tale unwoven before me, and I knew I had to stitch it together.
And so, a sci-fi Warrior Nun fanfiction, Mechanomica, was born!
You can start reading Mechanomica yourself by clicking the link below this paragraph. And a special thanks to all Warrior Nun fans who have checked it out so far! I’ve been really excited to finally share this with everyone and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I adore writing it. Chapters 1-4 are up already, and Chapter 5 will be available tomorrow some time in the late afternoon/early evening EST. Once more, thank you all for your tremendous support!
Frayed Branches
Lots of Frayed Branches essays I’ve been excited to write have come out over the course of the last month. This includes a few essays about Raised by Wolves, a series that has its own team of passionate fans trying to get the show renewed. I’ve also introduced a new essay series titled “State of the Dead,” where I discuss my personal feelings surrounding the evolution of The Walking Dead post-series finale of the original show. And, lastly, I completed my months-long essay series about the many characters of Warrior Nun, ending with an essay about Ava’s evolution into a hero.
You can read these essays by clicking on the names of them below.

Raised by Wolves: Being Enough
I’ve typically been posting essays on Thursdays at 5 PM EST instead of Tuesdays and Thursdays as I’d someday like to do. This will be maintained for the foreseeable future, especially once I start the next series of Warrior Nun essays (more on that in the ANNOUNCEMENTS section). However, I do have a few Raised by Wolves essays I hope to sneak in on a few Tuesdays next month if I have time.
Twigs
I like to think of myself as whatever the opposite of cynical is, but I can’t pretend I wasn’t disappointed by the newer media I reviewed in short, bite-sized posts (Twigs) this August. While the above, Gran Turismo, turned out to be of even higher quality than I anticipated, everything else was basically a dud. Despite a few fun moments with some of these newer stories here and there, I wasn’t too thrilled about any of them. And can’t even remember much about Hijack in particular, if I’m being honest. I’m hoping September will be better, but there’s like one movie I’m looking forward to and that’s it. Let’s hope I haven’t just become stuck in my ways at 23!

The Lunaris Fulcrum
A new episode of The Lunaris Fulcrum, titled “GROWTH 17,” arrived on Monday. This marks the halfway point of the series, which should be completed before the end of this year. I’m especially happy with the way this one turned out, both visually and because I composed four short “elevator music” type songs for it. Check it out by clicking on the title below.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Schedules
In the interest of continuing to streamline my weekly release schedule, I will be making…well…a weekly release schedule! As you can see above, this is what my weekly release schedule for all my projects will look like (though I may change the shade of purple every week to spice things up). I’ve categorized everything based on the release dates that work best for me. I’m hoping that, in releasing a weekly schedule, I can better produce more quality writing in a consistent manner. I hope you’ll consider checking out the smattering of projects that I’ll be putting out there each week!
Also, for subscribers to The Crown Informer: You’ll be getting schedules a couple hours ahead of when everyone else will, right here!
Warrior Nun Essays - Themes
At the start of August, I posted my final Warrior Nun character essay (for now). However, I’m not done analyzing this amazing series just yet! Starting on Thursday, September 7th at 5 PM EST, I will begin releasing essays about the themes of Warrior Nun, and how they are reflected throughout the series. There are three themes I’ll be covering—and keeping secret until the essays are released. Each theme will take a few essays to cover in full. So, this coming Thursday, I’ll be releasing Part 1 for Theme 1. I hope you’ll consider reading even more of my thoughts on this wonderful show!
2022 Part II
Production on my next poetry collection, 2022 Part II, has begun! By the time you’re reading this, I’m hard at work crafting another collection of poetry, this time about the second half of 2022. This year was important to me, as it marked a transitional time in my life. 2023’s influence will no doubt creep into this collection as well, but I want to mark the importance of this year to me with another large collection of poetry.
As I write, I’ll be sharing a few poems here and there for you to read, leading up to the release of the collection later this year! If you’ve enjoyed the poetry I’ve written in the past, then I hope to continue providing said enjoyment in my future work!
